Relaxing muscles helps to minimize muscle tension and the pain that is associated with it. Things go smoothly and are more interesting when they are well organized. And do wear a sweat suit to begin.
Do something you really enjoy. It helps you gain control over your thinking instead of being at the mercy of wayward thoughts.
